Training | Amazon Yard Safety

Welcome to the ServiceMaster training portal! We appreciate your time and attention, and your willingness to help us all ensure a safe and healthy workplace for you and your colleagues!

Please see below for the Amazon Yard Safety training module – all employees must review this material at time of hire/assignment, and must periodically “refresh” their knowledge by additional review, as directed by your site management team:

“Golden Rules” of Yard Access:

• NO ServiceMaster employee/assignee enters the yard without completing this training FOR ANY REASON (other than emergency evacuation)
• NO ServiceMaster employee/assignee enters or moves around the yard alone, ever, FOR ANY REASON (other than emergency evacuation) – you MUST be accompanied by another staff member or Amazon staff AT ALL TIMES.
• NO ServiceMaster employee/assignee enters the yard without proper PPE (Class 2 High Visibility Vest, Radio, Flashlight if low light conditions, CSA approved work boots/shoes), even if the other above conditions are met – each person in the yard MUST have proper PPE (other than emergency evacuation).
• Any (non-evacuation) access to the yard must be provided by Amazon LP/Security staff – you CANNOT be “badged out/in” by any other Amazon staff.
