Probation

The probationary period is meant to allow for a period of position adjustment and evaluation for both the employee and Management. All new employees are subject to a three (3) month probationary period from the first day they begin work. Employees will be evaluated throughout their probationary period on how they are meeting the requirements of the role. The employee’s Supervisor will determine if the employee has successfully completed their probationary period, if the probationary period has been extended, or unsuccessful completion and termination of employment is necessary.  

 

Either the employee or ServiceMaster may terminate the employment relationship at any time during the probationary period without notice and without further obligation.

 

Employees are encouraged to keep Management apprised of any concerns or need for additional training.
